When logging in to an ICAM enabled application using your Username and Password or CAC, you receive the following error.
Cause
1. The username or password you entered does not match what ICAM has on record.
2. The application only supports CAC login, and you did not provide a certificate.
Cause 1 - Verify
Please verify that you are using the same credentials as your NOAA email.
Cause 1 - Resolution
You will need to reach out to your primary mail administrator (PMA) and request that they reset your password. If you are unsure of who your PMA is, you can request that someone look this up on your profile in https://whitepages.noaa.gov/
Cause 2 - Verify
The application does not allow username and password login, and you clicked Cancel when prompted for a certificate
The application does not allow username and password login, and the browser did not prompt for a certificate
Cause 2 - Resolution
You will need to attempt to login and select a certificate for this application. If you were not prompted, your browser might not be appropriately configured to enable the use of CAC authentication.
